1. Right of cancellation
You can revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving a reason in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email), or – if the goods are handed over to you before the deadline – by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient, and not before the purchase contract has become binding through approval of the purchased item. The timely dispatch of the notice of cancellation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period. The goods must be returned to:

2. Consequences of cancellation
For an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the received service to us in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the loss of value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as would have been possible in a shop, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as if it were your property and refraining from doing anything that could impair its value. Items that can be sent by parcel must be returned. You must bear the costs of the insured return. You must fulfil any obligations to refund payments within 30 days of sending your notice of cancellation.
