1. Right of return
You can return delivered goods without giving a reason within 14 days. The purchase contract becomes binding upon receipt of the goods with your approval, but certainly on expiry of this 14-day return period.
2. Return policy
2.1 Right of cancellation
You can revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving a reason in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email), or – if the goods are handed over to you before the deadline – by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient, and not before the purchase contract has become binding through approval of the purchased item. The timely dispatch of the notice of cancellation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period. The goods must be returned to:

2.2 Consequences of cancellation
For an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the received service to us in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the loss of value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as would have been possible in a shop, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as if it were your property and refraining from doing anything that could impair its value. Items that can be sent by parcel must be returned. You must bear the costs of the insured return. You must fulfil any obligations to refund payments within 30 days of sending your notice of cancellation.
3. Shipping costs, delivery and payment within Germany
3.1 Shipping costs within Germany
KUNSTUNITED will deliver your order directly to any address in Germany while stocks last.
The shipping fee for insured shipping is €8, regardless of the order quantity. We deliver with DHL. In exceptional cases, we may also use another shipping provider.
3.2 Delivery time
The delivery time is usually two to three working days. Any deviating delivery time is indicated on the product page.
3.3 Payment within Germany
We deliver our goods after receipt of payment. Different payment methods, including credit card and PayPal, are available to you at checkout.
4. International delivery and payment
4.1 Delivery
We deliver worldwide to countries that have DHL, UPS or FedEx delivery.
4.2 Delivery time
The delivery time for all EU countries is usually three to eight working days. Any deviating delivery time is indicated on the product page. For regions outside the EU, we cannot predict the delivery time.
4.3 Shipping costs
The shipping fee for all EU countries is €14, regardless of the order quantity. For deliveries outside the EU, we charge at least €19; additional costs may also be incurred.
5. Warranty
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please immediately report this to us or the employee who delivers the items. Failure to make this complaint, however, does not affect your statutory rights. For all defects of the purchased item occurring during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for subsequent performance, for remedy of defects/new delivery, and, if the legal requirements are met, any further claims for reduction, withdrawal or damages, including compensation for damages instead of fulfilment and compensation for any futile expenses, shall apply at your discretion.
Insofar as we grant you a seller's warranty, the details result from the warranty conditions attached to the respective delivered item. Warranty claims remain without prejudice to the statutory claims/rights.
6. Non-deliverable items
If the product ordered is not available on time because we will not be supplied with this product by our supplier on time, we will inform you immediately. In such a case, you are free to wait for the ordered product or to cancel your order. In the event of cancellation, any amount already paid will be refunded immediately.
7. Validity of the prices
The prices stated on the website include the statutory value-added tax and remain valid until 31.12.2022. The currency used is the euro.
8. Retention of title
Until full payment, the goods remain our property.
9. Errors, corrections and changes
We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee that the information available on or through the services will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable or appropriate for your use. We may make changes to the features, functionality or content of the services at any time. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to edit or delete any information or content appearing on the services.
