Shipping costs within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a shipping fee of €8 (insured shipping).

Shipping costs for the EU and worldwide
The shipping fee for all EU countries is €14, regardless of the order quantity. For deliveries outside the EU, we charge a minimum of €19; additional costs may also be incurred.

We deliver worldwide to countries that have DHL, UPS or FedEx delivery. The shipping costs are calculated automatically and depend on the carrier. The default-carrier shipping fees will be displayed in your cart if you have indicated a delivery address in your account. You can change the carrier when placing an order. Unfortunately, due to Swiss customs regulations, we cannot deliver to Switzerland.
Please note that there may be delays due to lower freight capacities at DHL and local restrictions in each country.

Delivery times
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours during that period to prepare your parcel for shipment. This period may be extended for special or temporarily out-of-stock items, or with pre-orders.

The delivery time is usually two to three working days for Germany and three to eight working days for Europe. There may be longer delivery times for shipments worldwide. Please note that these estimates do not include any delay due to the shipping provider. Any deviating delivery times are indicated on the product pages.
